Age Cutoff Date: July 1, 2024
7 Match Guarantee: 3 matches Saturday (17th) 3 matches Sunday (18th), 1-3 matches Monday (19th).
Equipment: Triple Crown and Baden will provide all balls for all teams.
Game Times Available: Games times will be posted by February 12, 2024.
Awards: Awards will be given in all age groups for each division offered.

All Spectators who enter Bartle Convention Center must have a wristband. This pass will give you full access throughout the tournament including Friday through Monday.
**Players, Coaches and Team Admin who are registered for the tournament will receive a tournament credential at team check in.
**Due to the large crowds at the Convention Center for pick up on the first day of play we HIGHLY encourage spectators who are staying in a downtown hotel to swing by the Center on Friday to pick-up wristband**

After purchasing transportation on our site, you must fill out the link in the receipt with your flight details. Failure to do this will result in not having a guaranteed spot on the shuttle and a longer wait time on site!

Our popular shuttle service from the KC airport to the Convention Center is back! Purchase a round trip ticket for $40 and solve your transportation when you arrive on Friday, Feb. 16, and secure your trip back to the airport on Monday, Feb. 20. One-way price for either Friday or Monday is $25.
Friday: Triple Crown staff will welcome you at the terminal and guide you to the shuttle stop where they will scan your QR code and line you up for the next available bus. The first shuttle from KCI to Bartle Hall starts at 10 a.m. with service continuing until 9 p.m. First come, first served. You may have to wait 15 to 30 minutes for your bus upon arrival.
Monday: Shuttles begin leaving the Convention Center for the airport at 11 a.m. and run through 6 p.m. Triple Crown will provide a storage room (not supervised) for luggage on Monday at the Convention Center. You can wait for the bus inside at Lobby 2100 (across the street from luggage holding which is located in rooms 2202 and 2203.
Things to Consider:
Refund Policy: Refunds will be given up to February 1st. Day of, if there's a flight cancelation or extreme delay that prevents you from arriving in the allotted time for our shuttle service, we will provide a refund as well in the two weeks following the event. All refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.

- Our transportation service only runs between the airport and the convention center. There will not be stops made at individual hotels
- Clubs/teams looking to purchase a large number of tickets (more than 10) can do so through Brooke Paxton at brooke@triplecrownsports.com
- It is extremely difficult to get an Uber/Lyft at the airport, especially with inclement weather, so we highly recommend preordering our transportation service
- We schedule busses based on the number of preorders, so that is the only way to guarantee a seat

FORMAT
This is an elite (invite only) event. We are currently working through the format for 2023 and will post schematics and flow charts after tournament officials determine the flow for all age groups. We will only offer 12u - 18u divisions.
~ The NIT does not use the standard flow of other tournaments ~
Tournament Seeding: We will use 2022 US Club Rankings, PrepVolleyball.com's pre-season rankings, and any tournament finishes between January 1, 2022 through February 1, 2023. Club Directors will also provide their top 24 picks for their respective age group. After identifying the top 8 teams, who will be considered Number 1 seeds, they will be geographically cross-pooled to assure they play competition from outside of their region. The results of the first 3-4 matches for each team will determine seeding for the power pool or alternate pools for teams who do not qualify. After seeding matches on Saturday, tournament play will begin on Sunday.

1. If your club is ranked in the Top 50 of the 2023 USClubRankings results over 5 years:
2. A 2024 invitation will be offered to teams with selected finishes in the Elite and Open Divisions of the 2023 TC NIT:
4. Automatic 2024 invitation for teams finishing in the top 6 to 8 at AAU Nationals in Open (14u through 17u Only).
5. Clubs that played in the 2014/2015 TC NIT in Salt Lake City, UT, are grandfathered into the event.
All other interested teams/clubs are waitlisted; if there is space remaining, we will consider waitlist teams as follows (no particular order):
1. If your club is ranked in the Top 50 of the 2023 USClubRankings results over 5 years:
- Your No. 1 team in 14u through 18u receives a 2024 invite.
- Your 12u and 13u teams will be considered “top priority” for 2024.
2. A 2024 invitation will be offered to teams with selected finishes in the Elite and Open Divisions of the 2023 TC NIT:
- 15u through 18u: Top 64
- 13u & 14u: Top 24
- 12u: Top 8
4. Automatic 2024 invitation for teams finishing in the top 6 to 8 at AAU Nationals in Open (14u through 17u Only).

- Team that wins the Open Division at the 2023 Triple Crown West Coast Invitational in Sandy, Utah.
