All auto invites for 2027 based on team finish in 2026 will be sent out by April 15, 2026
Registration will go live on 8/1/26

1. If your club is ranked in the Top 50 of the 2025 US Club Rankings results over 5 years:
- Your No. 1 team in 14u through 18u receives a 2027 invite.
- Your 12u and 13u teams will be considered “top priority” for 2027.
NOTE: Clubs ranked in the Top 15 receive an invite for their No. 2 teams, 14u through 18u.

2. A 2027 invitation will be offered to teams with selected finishes in the Elite and Open Divisions of the 2026 TC NIT:
- 15u through 18u: Top 64
- 14u: Top 24
- 13u: Top 16
- 12u: Top 8

3. Automatic 2027 invitation for teams that qualify for USAV Open in 2026.

4. Automatic 2027 invitation for teams finishing in the Top 6 @ AAU Nationals in Open (14u through 17u Only).

5. Clubs that played in the 2014/2015 TC NIT in Salt Lake City, UT, are grandfathered into the event.

6. Any teams who played in the Battle to Bartle in 2026 and earned their way to the Select Division get an auto invite to NIT (total of 16 teams).

7. Teams who finish in the top 4 of the 2026 Summer NIT Elite Division get an auto invite to the 2027 NIT in Kansas City.

All other interested teams/clubs are waitlisted; if there is space remaining, we will consider waitlist teams as follows (no particular order):
- Priority given to clubs ranked No. 51-80 in the 2025 Club Rankings (over 5 years)
- No. 2 teams from clubs ranked No. 16-30
- Teams that won a championship at USAV or AAU Nationals (USA, National, American, and Premier Divisions)
- Top 2 teams who get to the championship of the Open Division at the 2026 Triple Crown West Coast Invitational in Sandy, Utah. (13u through 17u).
