2025 Gate Pass Pick-up & Purchases
*As of Saturday, Feb. 15: Spectators can only purchase tickets on-site, in Rooms 2205 and 2206 at the KC Convention Center & @ BluHawk
*If you have already purchased your gate pass online you can still pick them up in person.

‍All Spectators who enter Bartle Hall @ Convention Center must have a wristband. This pass will give you full access throughout the tournament including Friday through Monday.

**Players, Coaches and Team Admin who are registered for the tournament will receive a tournament credential at team check in.

$20 one way, $35 round trip

‍Our popular shuttle service from the KC airport to the Convention Center is back! Purchase a round trip ticket and solve your transportation when you arrive on Friday, Feb. 14, and secure your trip back to the airport on Monday, Feb. 17.

Friday:
Triple Crown staff will welcome you at the terminal and guide you to the shuttle stop where they will scan your QR code and line you up for the next available bus. The first shuttle from KCI to Bartle Hall starts at 10 a.m. with service continuing until 8 p.m. First come, first served.  You may have to wait 15 to 30 minutes for your bus upon arrival.

Monday:
Shuttles begin leaving the Convention Center for the airport at 11 a.m. and run through 6 p.m. Triple Crown will provide a storage room (not supervised) for luggage on Monday at the Convention Center. You can wait for the bus inside at Lobby 1500.

‍Things to Consider:‍‍

  • Our transportation service only runs between the airport and the convention center. There will not be stops made at individual hotels.
  • Clubs/teams looking to purchase a large number of tickets (more than 10) can do so through Adam Rykse at adamrykse@triplecrownsports.com.
  • It is extremely difficult to get an Uber/Lyft at the airport, especially with inclement weather, so we highly recommend preordering our transportation service.
  • We schedule busses based on the number of preorders, so that is the only way to guarantee a seat​

‍Refund Policy: Refunds will be given up to February 1st.
Day of, if there's a flight cancelation or extreme delay that prevents you from arriving in the allotted time for our shuttle service will consider a refund but all refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.
